Draft, 25 October 2026: to be reviewed before Claro opens sign-up.

Terms

Last changed 25 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Claro, made by Den Ouden Consultancy in the Netherlands. By signing in you agree to them.

What Claro does

Claro listens to a conversation, or reads what is typed or imported, and draws diagrams of it while it runs. The diagrams are made by a language model. They can be incomplete or wrong; check them before you rely on them.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub or LinkedIn. Keep that sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is yours. A plan is personal: one person uses it, though people you let into a session you share can take part in it.

Plans and payment

Fair use

Don't use Claro to break the law, to record people without their knowledge where that's required, or to overload or attack the service. We may suspend an account that does.

What you bring

What you say, type or import, and the diagrams Claro makes of it, are yours. We don't claim them and don't keep them on our server (see Privacy).

Liability

We do our best to keep Claro running and right, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Who we are

Changes

We may change these terms; we'll tell you before a change that matters to you takes effect. Dutch law applies.
